At its heart, one of Garage Project's first mixed ferment sours, aged for over a year in a large oak foeder, then rested on the finest sun ripened Otago peaches harvested at the very tail end of summer. Aged again over the autumn and winter months before being infused with an addition of bright golden marigolds, packaged and conditioned in bottle.
The result of this patient process is a lush, radiantly golden beer, both sour and sweet, bursting with sunny aromatic peach and floral notes. Enjoy now or in seasons to come.
