How long will my beer order take to arrive?
We offer next-working-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days across the UK.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our international distribution to bring Siren beers to fans worldwide.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
The majority of our core range and seasonal releases are vegan-friendly. We clearly label any beers containing lactose or honey on the product page and the physical can.
What should I do if a bottle or can arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my Siren Craft Brew beers?
To maintain maximum freshness and flavor, we recommend storing all our beers upright in a cool, dark place, preferably a refrigerator.
Can I click and collect my order from the brewery?
Yes, you can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order directly from our Tap Room in Finchampstead during opening hours.
